Hi everyone, I am Floyd aka The Development Coach. The founder of Development Fitness. When I first started in the fitness industry over 10 years ago I noticed that there was a lot of information out there as well as ways to approach a fitness journey. Still, I felt like there weren’t enough people committed to leading others on how to navigate through it all. My early passion for playing sports and being active as well as learning about nutrition led to my desire to help others with their personal goals and journeys. Whether you want to compete in a fitness competition, drop body fat/lose weight, build muscle, enhance your sports performance or make living healthier and active in fitness with nutrition guidance a lifestyle you are in the right place. I’ve spent many years learning how to adapt various approaches to be able to tailor them to you and your personal goals. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients just like you and my ultimate goal is to not only help you reach your fitness goals but also to add value to your life. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.
